Even if you don't, sign up for Dance Marathon and support the kids!

Be sure to register for DANCE MARATHON by November 2nd!!

You may register by filling out a Dancer Packet (DM%20Dancer%20Registration%20-%20FINAL.mht) and turning it into the Community Service Learning Center located on GVSU's Allendale Campus (1110b Kirkhof).

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Return your Dancer Packet to the Community Service Learning Center located on GVSU's Allendale Campus (1110B Kirkhof Center) by November 2nd.

2. Start asking your friends, family, and loved ones to donate to the Children's Miracle Network by sending in their payments to GVSU at 1110B Kirkhof Center, Allendale, MI 49401 (Make checks payable to GVSU Dance Marathon). All donations will benefit the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Foundation.

3. Attend Dance Marathon on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 2pm - 2am and have fun dancing all night for the kids!

Details about 2009 Dance Marathon

Date: November 6th-November 7th, 2009
Time: 2pm – 2am
Location: Grand River Room in Kirkhof

Registration Fee Schedule:

Individual Dancers: $12 per dancer

Teams of Dancers (4 or more): $10 per dancer

Suggested Minimum Fundraising Requirement:

Based on team size:

$12 for Individual Dancers
$10 for Dancers Registering with a Team

How to register:

1. Fill out the registration form in this packet

2. Bring your completed form and registration fee (See Fee Schedule)to the Community Service Learning Center (Kirkhof Center 110B) by November 2nd.

3. Start raising money for the kids!
