What is a  supplement?

According to dictionary.com A supplement is an addition designed to complete or make up for a deficiency. This is exactly what suppelements do for people that are looking to make themselves healthier.  There are many supplements that have no affects and have biased research and bad science in an attempt to scam money out of the public. I am going to list a few of my favorite products as well as the reasons that they are affective in helping people become healthier and even live longer!

Try to get the liquid version of fish oil that you need to keep in a fridge this is 3 times more potent then the pill form.


Multi Vitamins.

Your body needs 13 diffrent vitamins that it uses on a regular basis. When these vitamins are not recieved through the food eaten or when over used there can be a defficiency. This will lead to some negative side affects. The nice thing about a multi vitamin is that you are able to supplement the vitamins so you will be able to stay away from certain foods alot easier. Resveratrol.

Resveratrol is an amazing suppelement that is found in red wine. It has amazing affects on the human body  like.
Resveratrol is one supplement that is a cash cow for many people because no one actually knows what to look for in the product. My personal favorite is located below.
