Frequently Asked Questions
Grand Valley students interested in Kappa Kappa Psi are encouraged to attend recruitments events. In the past, events include, but are not limited to, a game night, dessert and information night, capture the flag, ultimate frisbee, and pumpkin carving. These events allow the current brothers to get to know potential members and spread the word about Kappa Kappa Psi. Please check this calendar for the next recruitment event. Members of the Mu Kappa Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi must fulfill the following requirements:
- Participate in a Grand Valley ensemble for both the Winter and Fall Semester. Ensembles include the University Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, Volleyball Pep Band, Basketball Pep Band, and the Laker Marching Band.
- Members must maintain a 2.0 GPA
Members who are unable to fulfill the ensemble requirement are able to apply for the "Service Active" Status detailed in Article I Section 4 of the chapter constitution.
