Welcome to the Office of Minority Affairs & Multicultural Center of Grand Valley State University. Grand Valley State University recognizes the underrepresentation of various racial and ethnic groups entering the university. Consequently, the Office of Minority Affairs & Multicultural Center has committed itself to creating a more culturally diversified student population. Promoting diversity allows students, faculty and staff to have increased exposure to new ideas and perspectives from cultures different from their own.
