President

President

The STAGE president leads meetings, prepares agendas, possesses active knowledge of all STAGE activities & order of operations with the Office of Student Life (OSL), represents STAGE at all possible opportunities, and maintains open communication with advisor and all other board members.  Along with the vice president, secretary, and treasurer, the president interviews for directors and reads scripts.  The president must always be willing to help in any area of the organization that needs it and should maintain good rapport with members.

Vice President

The STAGE vice president attends all meetings, leads meetings in absence of the president, assists the public relations officer, completes room reservations, and provides support in all areas of STAGE where required.  Along with the president, secretary, and treasurer, the vice president interviews for directors and reads scripts.

Secretary

Secretary

The STAGE secretary attends all meetings, records organized minutes detailing meetings and forwards them to all STAGE members, handles correspondences between executive board and members at large, and is responsible for promotion of STAGE events within the organization.  Along with the president, vice president, and treasurer, the secretary interviews for directors and reads scripts.

Treasurer

The STAGE treasurer attends all meetings, handles all finances of the organization, approves all purchases for all shows and other STAGE necessities, prepares, along with the president, budget proposals and budget processes throughout the year, including attending budget meetings in February, and must be constantly aware of all STAGE finances.  Along with the president, vice president, and secretary, the treasurer interviews for directors and reads scripts.

Public Relations

Public Relations & Webmaster

The STAGE public relations officer attends all meetings, is responsible for designing, printing, and distributing all publicity and promotions, works with Copy Center, Univ. Promotions, OSL, and SOC, and is responsible for promotion of STAGE events to the community at large.

The STAGE webmaster is in charge of this website! Duties include the creation and design of the original site, updating the website, including meeting minutes, announcements, showdates, and pictures, and general maintenance and upkeep to allow access to this site for STAGE members and non-members so they can be updated and in touch with our organization.

Writer's Guild

Writer's Guild President

The Writer's Guild president attends all STAGE meetings and leads Writer's Guild meetings, prepares agendas, possesses active knowledge of all Writer's Guild activities & order of operations with the Office of Student Life (OSL), represents STAGE and Writer's Guild at all possible opportunities, and maintains open communication with advisor and all other board members.  The president must always be willing to help in any area of the organization that needs it and should maintain good rapport with members.

Writer's Guild Vice President

The Writer's Guild vice president attends all STAGE and Writer's Guild meetings, leads meetings in absence of the president, and assists the president when needed. The Vice President also presents ideas and gives organization as needed to meetings.
