Dorothy Armstrong has worked in the schools and taught university courses in elementary, early childhood (Montessori), reading, initial teacher preparation, and education for talent development, for over three decades.  The unifying theme throughout all of these experiences is my commitment to finding efficient and effective ways to differentiate education so that it meets the educational needs of all students whether they are just beginning their education or completing a master's degree.
