ADAPT provides classroom teachers and specialists in talent development with classroom ready forms to identify and meet the individual and group talent development needs. It can be used in the regular classroom or in specialized programs for the gifted and talented.

Classroom Visions uses students' actual and ideal school drawings to determine their learning preferences. Each drawing takes about 20 minutes to complete. Scoring is objective and can be completed in a few minutes. This information on learning styles can be used to plan educational
experiences that are appropriate for each student.

Classroom Reflections is a technique that has teacher candidates depict a critical incident in their pre-teaching, begin to reflect on its meaning by linking it to theory as well as practice, and finally to meet in small groups with others to socially construct deeper meaning and reflection. This technique has also been used successfully with experienced teachers to reflect on their practice.
