Asian Student Union (GVSU) : Asian Student Union (ASU) focuses on serving as a support group and an educational resource for Asians and students who are interested in learning more about Asian cultures. The group will strive to disperse stereotypes regarding Asian Americans through workshops and cultural events in hope of creating an Asian voice on campus. We will work together and unite with other minority student organizations in promoting cultural diversity. We hope to achieve these goals through active campus and community involvement.

Office of Multicultural Affairs (GVSU) : The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) is committed to building an inclusive campus that yields social harmony and learning vitality. Through our comprehensive programs, OMA fosters an appreciation and respect for the history, tradition, and culture of all people, and to empower students to be active learners. In addition, OMA initiates and supports efforts in recruitment and retention of students, faculty and staff.

Rock the Vote: Rock the Vote’s mission is to engage and build the political power of young people in order to achieve progressive change in our country. There is also an option to register to vote at on the website!

80-20 Initiative: 80-20 is a national, nonpartisan, Political Action Committee dedicated to winning equal opportunity and justice for all Asian Americans through a SWING bloc vote, ideally directing 80% of our community's votes and money to the presidential candidate endorsed by the 80-20, who better represents the interests of all APAs. Hence, the name "80-20" was created.
