As a physical education major it can be easily assumed that fitness is a major part of my life, which is very true.  My major's emphasis is fitness/wellness and I am planning on becoming a personal trainer.  Personally, I love working out and can be found in the gym numerous times per week.  I also love helping others meet their workout goals by working with them to give them the body that they want.  Although I don't actually have any clients at this point, I enjoy working with friends and acquaintances who are looking for help.  Through my personal workouts I have learned discipline, motivation, dedication, determination, and many other characteristics, all of which would benefit an individual in the fitness world or in the business world or in my future case, both.
