  • Time set aside for training teachers and staff members on how to successfully educate gifted and talented students.
  • The confidence of knowing all children can help and learn from each other.
  • Multiple curriculum development to include gifted and talented children.
  • The students and the community benefit from having students excel in their given domain through enrichment and encouragement.
  • Extra teachers and resources will need to be added to assist in the education of a gifted and talented child.
