Manfort is maple syrup. Approximately 40 gallons of tree sap will
yeild one gallon of maple syrup. Hundreds of gallons of maple
syrup are made inside the Man-Kitchen each early spring.
These young maple trees will be ready
to produce the proper tree sap to make maple syrup in approximatley 60
years
