Birds Of The Rainforest 


The Wood Stork has a wingspan 
of six feet and can soor gracefully 
thousandsof feet in the sky. 
This bird is called an ibis. When
it is not flying it gathers insects 
and worms on the rainforest floor.
This bird is called a skimmer. 
It has a lower bill longer than its
upper bill. He skimms above
the water to collect insects 
and small fish
The Pigmy Kingfisher is a beautifulbright colored bird found in the rainforest. 
This one lives in Costa Rica.
