wow its been a while.
a lot has happened since my last journal.
memorial day weekend i went to ohio for my cousin's grad party.
all i have to say about that is 'blahhhhh.'
i got home sunday and ben came over.
we hung out with none other than LAUREN BORG.
guhhhh.
anyways, we were up on this parking structure and there were these other kids up there and naturally ben decides to shout out:
"WOOOOO!! HIGH SCHOOL!!! HOT SAUCE CREW RUNS THESE STREETS!! I'M GONNA STAB YOU IN THE FACE!"
so after laughing that off, we went on with our night and forgot about it.
well as we get back to my house, i go inside and ben gets in his car to go see nikki.
a few seconds later he runs into my house saying someone slashed his tires!
so we go out, and sure enough, his car is sitting on rims.
we see some of the kids that were at the parking structure at dimarco's house two doors down, so after i drop ben off at nikki's i went over there to talk to them.
they say they haven't seen anything and i dunno if it was them, but who else could it have been since no other cars got slashed?
plus, if they did it, why would they do it and then stand out in the middle of the street 50 feet away from it for an hour and a half after it happened?
most of them are huge douchebags but i dunno, maybe they did it, maybe they didn't.
anywho, the next day we went to the electronic music festival downtown and had the time of our lives.
jeremy hooked us up with the backstage passes and i even got onstage so that was awesome.
the music was awesome, the people were awesome, the breakdancing was awesome, everything was just awesome.
awesome awesome awesome.
i have been to every fest since it started and this was by far the best one yet.
so yeah after memorial day weekend ben and i were huge bums with no jobs for a few days.
booooo.
then there was my adventure with arrow uniform rental.
i worked at arrow uniform rental.
that might not sound like anything special, but oh if you only knew the horrows of arrow.
i worked in a giant factory in taylor filled with forklift fumes that smell like old hotdogs for some reason.
my job was to take the bunches of 6 to 12 uniforms on hangars off of a rack, and hang them in these giant bins.
all day.
the first day i worked from 10-5:30
the second day i worked from 6 am to 5 pm
the third day i worked from 6 am to 6 pm, then i find out that this is a normal work day.
12 hours of taking smelly damp uniforms off racks, and putting them in bins,
while i am catching dirty looks from loud, sassy black women and non-english speaking mexicans
and dodging forklifts and breathing their hot dog fumes while old black men yell at you "YOU SHOULDA STUCK WITH THE HOMEWARK!!!"
i can't even begin to describe how much this SUCKED ASS.
at the end of the third day, as i was stumbling out, i felt something fall down the back of my shirt.
at the time i was far to exhausted to care...until the stinging began.
after freaking out and yelping in pain for a few seconds, the yellowjacket that decided to fly down my shirt dropped to the ground.
i took the three stinging welts i got via the yellowjacket, my exhaustedness,
and the dust/dirt/whatever the fuck is all over that place that was all over me as great reasons to never go back to that place again.
so the fouth day, i walked in, quit, came home and slept till 11.
thank god i got a job at westborn fruit market cooking hamburgers for 7 bucks an hour two days later.
it pretty much sucks having smoke and salt filling the air and hurting my eyes and sunburnt face in the 93 degree humid heat whenever i have to cook up a new batch of burgers,
but i do it with a smile on my face and other than that, the job rocks after working at arrow.
plus there are some hot ladiez that work there.
woooooooo!
in other news:
-the spurs are way to good, the pistons are not looking too great right now.
-ben and i are going to run away sometime soon and never return.
-the new coldplay and white stripes albums are hella wicked excellent
-chris's mr8 is black and looks way cooler than mine does.
-laura is cool, cuz she finally goes to my site and likes 'fix you'. and her vagina doesn't smell.
-the kraftwerk concert was amazingly cool, they rock. big time.
-i am going on a carribean cruise next week!
annnnd thats about all i can think of.
sorry i have been too busy to update my site, but its been a crazy past couple of weeks.
