About Stefanie Caloia...

Stefanie graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BA in photography in April 2006, and currently lives in Chicago. She volunteers at the Art Institute and is pursuing job opporunities in photography within the city. She is drawn to urban architecture, especially abandoned and forgotten buildings. She is also interested in graffiti, religious or spiritual places, and superheroes.

Her minor is writing and she enjoys writing creative short stories. Recently she has had an interest in document and web publishing. She has written and photographed for The Grand Valley Lanthorn.
