Robert Kardashian Sr. was born on February 22, 1944. He married Kris (then Houghton) in 1978. The pair had four children: Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Robert Jr. Robert Sr. and Kris got divorced in 1991. Robert Sr. died of esophageal cancer in 2003. His rise to fame was being one of the lawyers on his friend O.J. Simpson's defense team.
