Learning about D-Day

Mr. De Haan’s 9^th Grade Class

D-Day is one of the most important events of World War II. Many of your grandparents may have been involved or remember World War II. Because of its significance in history it is very important to learn about the events leading up to, during, and following D-Day. We are going to learn about those important events and what countries were involved in D-Day.

The Players- We will learn about all the different countries that were involved in D-Day

General Facts- We will also learn about the planning and preparation and soldiers personal accounts of the invasion on D-Day
