Fall![]() | Geneva's Fall. In October and November it cools down quickly. Conditions are very changeable. What I love about Geneva's fall, it doesn't rain a lot. First snow can be in November so get prepared to build a snowman. | Bains de Pâquis Switzerland is famous for it's cheese. There are various ways to eat cheese. my favorite one is cheese fondue. And the best place to eat cheese fondue is bains de Pâquis. It's a restaurant right at the lake. Christmas Festival In my opinion, most exciting is the annual Christmas Swimming Cup. The mid-December event draws over 600 swimmers who brave the icy waters to race from the Jardin Anglais to the Quai General Guisan. My swiss friends participate in it every year and I want to do it once in my life, too. | ||
