Experience:

Northern Air; customer service agent; Gerald R. Ford International Airport; Grand Rapids, MI; June 2003 to present; greet aircraft, assist pilots and passengers with ground arrangements (rental cars, hotel reservations, and catering) also coordinate pilot requests to the line crew for assistance with their aircraft (fuel, hangar space, maintenance, and aircraft detail), and maintain professionalism at all times.

Van Andel Arena; bartender, suite server, backstage server; Grand Rapids, MI July 2002 to present; sell alcoholic beverages to patrons during sporting events, and concerts. Set up banquet tables with special orders in private suites. Also take orders and continue to serve and assist the guests while in the suite. Work backstage setting up the dressing rooms for the performers. Make sure the rider has been completely fulfilled and that the performers have everything that they need.

Sunnybrook Country Club; server; Grandville, MI; July 2002-December 2002; wait tables in the clubhouse, run the half way house, and also serve banquets for weddings. Maintain cleanliness in the front of the house and also in the service section of the kitchen.

Outback Steakhouse; server; Grandville, MI; October 2001-March 2002; wait tables, open and close front and back of the house on occasion, opening and closing side work, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
