…My visual art form

Photography is something I am very passionate about. I use it to show who I am and display the beautiful world God has created.

I started getting really interested in high school. My mother is a photographer and has taught me a lot and allowed me to use her equipment.

J.Rae Photography, etc. is my company name. I can fulfill any of your photography needs at a very reasonable price. I am confident that I produce excellent work, but, as I am still as student, I have incredible rates for very good work. Most of my experience is in portraiture, but I can do weddings, families, etc.

This photo was taken in March of 2008 in Sydney, Australia. I studied abroad there for a semester and had numerous opportunities for excellent photos!

Hula Hoop Shoot

Inspired when babysitting a three-year-old girl, I decided to use a couple of my friends and a couple Hula Hoops to see what kind of photos I could come up with. It was a blast and they turned out good!

Sarah and Josh: My Fashion Models...

During my fall of 2008 semester I took a photojournalism class, part of our final assignment was to do a fashion shoot. My friends Sarah and Josh were more than willing to help me out with this and they did an excellent job!

Marilyn and Her Maid of Honor

I do not have much experience shooting weddings, but I have shadowed my mother when she shot one last fall. This is one of the shots I took. I like to show things from different angles and capture shots that you do not see every day.
