  3. Justin put people in departments. Everyone got there first choice. Most got there second and some got their third.
    1. off topic, we will contact IT so people can become members on site

                        ii. Justin Explaining Departments- Production Department, AD & PR Department, Management Department, Post Production Department

    1. if you are at all unhappy with the department you are in, don’t hesitate to ask
    2. questions

                        iii. Listing off of who is in what department

    1. for each department, we are going to have a head…the go-to guy
    2. your department head will help you go where you fit in best

  1. Amanda is management department head. We still need production and post-production head

    1. Melissa Bayer- sophomore, GVBN last year, helped Forrest: 6 years of experience, very organized
    2. Corey Kovoch- freshmen, assistant director, actor, Film & Video major, not enrolled in classes
    3. Kevin Lignell- junior, communication major, interned at GRTV, like to teach myself, good with dealing with people
    4. Evan Owen- junior transfer, ran post-production and production high school TV station, directed play for 3rd graders last year, taken CFV 123, directed 7 TV shows
    5. MacKenzie Wellman- sophomore, assistant director in theater, a lot of independent work, gets thing done fast
    6. Motion for 2 department heads- passed

    1. Melissa Bayer- 6 years experience in Pinnacle, getting experience in Final Cut Pro
    2. Lyle Davis III- sophomore- transfer, edited school news, 4 week digital film camp, Final Cut experienced
    3. Eric Green- freshmen- undecided major, Adobe Photoshop and Premier experience
    4. Kevin Lignell- GRTV segments he edited, I-Movie experience
    5. Joe Resowski- junior, Final Cut experience, special effects experience that was in showcase, taking film classes
    6. Patrick Wilde- junior-transfer, ran news program and edited, student council, good with computers, a lot of free time, ran radio program, CULT LEADER!!!!
    7. Ryan Brown- junior-transfer, Final Cut, Soundtrack, Photoshop experience, own editing facilities, commercial and music video sets-grip, New York film academy 4-week summer program, lots of sports leadership
    8. all have editing software at home
    9. motion passed for two heads in this department

                        ii. Bike Taxi Idea

    1. put camera in the back for Taxi show?
    2. used for carrying equipment to location
    3. sign-up sheet to be a taxi driver and help put it together

                       iii. GVBN Talent Show- Wookie Awards

    1. advertise as much as possible
    2. we’ll make or buy plaques
    3. get this location to be downtown so we can charge admission?- but who will come downtown
