Kiley Graham grew up living in Washington, DC, the daughter of CIA agents working at nearby Langley. She was the granddaughter of the late senator Thomas Graham of Virginia. Her childhood was spent mostly in the United States with jaunts abroad to various European countries, including most of the states of the European Union. Kiley's schooling came at academies and institutions frequented by the families of Capitol Hill staff and other men and women working for the US government. She achieved high grades and won a full-ride scholarship to Georgetown University, from which se graduated with high honors in history and international relations, minoring in political science. Kiley became a member of the CIA almost as soon as she graduated from Georgetown.
In her youth, Kiley played soccer and enjoyed reading. Before high school, she had considered medicine as a career, but she later turned to intelligence as her calling. She is an analyst by trade with the makings of a diplomat if she wishes to go in that direction.
Kiley Graham is an only child. She loves dogs and horses. She continues to enjoy reading and soccer, and since her joining the CIA, she has taken up jogging.
Kiley was sent by the CIA to join the KASE Corporation without knowing that it would be the end of life for her as she knew it. With her agreement to "liaise" with KASE, the process of faking her death and officially disavowing her existence began. Finding out of her untimely demise deeply affected Kiley, mostly because the CIA left her parents, Thomas and Judy, in the dark regarding their daughter's true status.
