Things to take away....

- Form (information with as little effort as possible) and function (information organized/displayed to suit the needs of the audience) must converge. Both are equally important. Websites must have the graphic power of other media, and at the same time, convey information quickly and easily.

-Words, pictures, code must be inseperable. They are all vitally important. That is, your webpage may be designed beautifully, but if the content is lacking, the design becomes obsolete. Conversely, if your content serves its function perfectly, yet, because of poor design elements the reader cannot find what they are looking for or give up before they find it, the site has also failed.

-Know HTML code! Enough said. Don't be afraid of "borrowing" others work. (To learn, that is.) Imitation is the quickets path to mastery (think of playing the guitar). Many great ideas are the result of a combination of different ones or are sparked by pondering someone else's work.

-Make sure all readers are able to see your site. Don't use something fancy and consequently exclude some viewers
