| One of the most famous spectacles in college football is when, at the beginning of every home game, the Michigan players run under the "GO BLUE" banner while the band plays "The Victors" as loudly and proudly as possible. |
No
team in college football can boast the rivalries that Michigan can.
During the course of any given football
season, Michigan will compete in the greatest rivlalry in sports
against Ohio State, for the Paul Bunyan trophy against Michigan State,
for the Little Brown Jug vs Minnesota, and against Notre Dame,
Michigan's only real competitor for the title "Greatest football
program in the country." All of these games contribute, to what is usually
a wildly exciting and entertaining college football season.| The picture here puts a humorous spin on the UM-OSU rivalry |
