Applying Writing Guidelines to Web Pages Rhetorical Analysis of Goodwill Page |
Part D: Development Information In order to keep the design consistent, the site will have a consistent color scheme on all of the pages. Also, the title graphic will appear exactly the same on all of the pages as well as the navigation bar that appears just below it. The interface will be exactly the same on all 4 pages and the transition between the pages should be as seamless and undetectable as possible. The website will continue to be hosted on my public_html server. The financial capital needed to house the site elsewhere is simply not available at this time and the volume of traffic would not be conducive of moving it. Obviously, with the work put into this site over the last couple of months, seeing it sit idly by would not be very fulfilling. After completion of this class, I have full intentions of contacting the C.A.R.E. committee here on campus and letting them know about my redesign of their page. Should they choose to accept and use my sight, I will transfer my files from my public_html file over to the appropriate one for the committee. If not, I shall do my best to fulfill the necessary key words so that people looking for info on C.A.R.E. will see my site as well. In terms of other audiences, I will certainly let everyone know I can and post links both via my instant messaging service as well as my internet blog. |
