MY LITTLE SHIH-POO

Bit of Background:
The search for my puppy began in late September 2008. I search all over the internet, looked at ads in the local paper, and stop at various animal shelters. After doing much research I decided I wanted a mixed breed of some kind with either Poodle, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Bichon, or Yorkie. I discovered that these breeds do not shed which would be perfect - no hair all over the place and they are ok for people who have allergies. The only downside would be they need a bit more upkeep on grooming but that was just fine by me.
A few weeks went by and I thought I would never find the perfect puppy. Then one night my dad and I were looking in the paper and we seen an ad for Shih Tzu/Poodle mixes. They were close by so we gave them a call and were informed they had one little boy left. We took a ride over there that night and I fell in love immediately. He was this little black ball of fur, waddling around the garage floor. I thought to myself how could anyone let this little guy be the last pup left. But I know now he was left for me. We took him home the next day and I gave him the name Bentley. He has been my little Shih-poo ever since.
