| Shake a Hand, Share a Story is an on-going project that records and documents hands of individuals the artist comes in contact with. Each pair of hands is photographed and then traced onto plain white paper where the artist records information about the individual's past told through their hands. The stories of how a scar appeared, where a ring came from or something significant that was done with the hands is recorded. The information is recorded in a 3-ring binder and will eventually be transferred to a book. |
