HEY YOU! YEAH, YOU LOOKING AT THE SCREEN! DO YOU WANT TO START PRACTICICNG PARKOUR AND FREERUNNING? Then you've come to the right place. What is Parkour and Freerunning? Well, good question. To begin, Parkour and Freerunning are two separate activities. Parkour is the discipline of travelling from Point A to Point B the fastest way possible. This task is accomplished by blending jumping, climbing, vaulting, and sliding to move through the environment around you. Freerunning takes those same basic moves and principles then adds flips. This turns the objectified discipline of Parkour in to a form of self expression, A.K.A. Freerunning. Just like every sport, people who practice Parkour and Freerunning have a specific title. Just as swimming has swimmers and track has runners, Parkour and Freerunning have traceur and freerunner. CAUTION: Parkour and Freerunning are very physical activities and require a great deal of practice. Just because you see something on a YouTube video doesn't mean you should go and do it without proper training!
