Forehand Throw

This is the form for a Forehand throw

Forehand throws are used for drives and longer range approaches. Players use this as an alternate to backhand throwing. To throw a forehand hot, you start with the disc in your right hand and flick it, keeping this disc on the right side of your body at all times.
