12/04/2007:Health and Harmony will be having a guest speaker on steroids. Information on detection of steroids as well as health risks involved with sterdoid use will be avalable.

12/20/2007: Health and Harmony will be having our annual Christmas Customer Celebration. Any questions about any of our prodcuts will be able to be answerd. There will also be giveaways including a grand prize year supply of the supplment of choice.

1/5/2007: Keeping Those New Year Resolutions. We will have a guest speaker who is an expert motivattor. He will provide hints and tips on how to keep those resolutions for the whole year.
