Anxiety and Depression are very serious conditions and everyone deserves to know that life is worth fighting for. If you or anyone you know is suffering from Anxiety, Depression, or suicidal intentions, please encourage them that they can get help by seeing a therapist or even just talking about it.
The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
By calling this number, you will be able to talk to a trained counselor in your area.

Below is a photo of a tattoo that I will be getting in the future with the phrase "Stay Alive." These two words mean the world to me and have helped me encourage others to keep fighting, because it gets better.

Stay alive
