Goodwill website provides many categories to help you navigate through there site. It has a navigational organization that describes the services they offer and provide. The writing within the website seems to be short and concise. The message expressed throughout the website focuses on short and concise sentences. It has a persuasive tone; however, it is less persuasive in its delivery, by the content of the message. The information Goodwill gives has a fact bases, underlining it role within the community, its accomplishments and its goals for the future. This is what gives the website a persuasive tone.

In terms of kairos, the website is geared to informing the people who visit the site. It takes into consideration the audience and the message in which they wish to receive. It gives the idea of commitment, dedication, and support within it own community. The website is generated for its specific audience; this being the community in which it is primarily located.

Goodwill’s reason for its message is to convince it visitors, the message being conveyed is real and truthful. Its purpose is to show its readers, consumers and contributors that they have a general focus on the community and the well being of its members.

The website also uses pathos to help conveys there message. It informs the reader of the duties it provides such as, helping people with disabilities along with other problems to help them realize their full potential. Goodwill’s goal with pathos is to get the visitor to feel some sort of emotion that will further involve the person.

Its character is well established throughout its community. It conveys a message of its dedication to there goals whether, it’s within its community or establishment. The website dedicates much of the site to express these goals and ideologies. It gives facts of there history so the audience it attracts has a basic understanding of where they came from and where they’re headed.
