Beauty Of Life

“I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.”
Henry David Thoreau

What is the point of Life? Why should I remain living?
This is a question that no one can answer. Philosophers take this question on every day. Personally, I am confident in saying that this big question is subjective. Every man and women needs to find their own answer to this question. If you find yourself living for the reasons of others around you, you are merely a shadow. Eventually you will wake up and wonder what you are doing, and what's the point of life?

I had to ask myself the question: Why should I remain living?
Here is MY answer:
I should remain living because life should be a constant pursuit of happiness and knowledge, two things I gave up on for a short time in my life. My adventure here on earth is not even close to being finished. There are many mountains that I have yet to climb, rivers I still need to drink from, and people I need to meet. I live from the love of nature and people, the mountains are were my soul feels the most peace. Happiness to me is nothing dealing with material items at all, with hiking shoes on my feet, my pack on my back, and as much knowledge and love for people I can gather in my mind and soul, I would consider myself to be rich.
I find the most wealth out of the work that I do to gain knowledge and love for the world than I do working for income.
I made the courageous choice to continue my life when I lost sight of why I was living in the first place.
