Major Exercises


There are a few compound movements or large exercises when it comes to building muscle. Compound movement are exercises that incorporate more than one muscle to do the workout, one example being the bench press. Bench press is known mostly for building your chest but it also incorporates your shoulders, triceps and lats. These types of exercises  are usually the base to your workout program and something that you build off of within in your workout.
