- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground dry mustard
- 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (5 oz) sliced cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (5 oz) shredded montery jack cheese
- 1/2 cup (5 oz) fresh grated parmesean cheese
- 1 can or bottle of beer
In a large saucepan over medium high heat, melt butter. Cook celery, carrots and onion in butter until onion is translucent. Stir in flour and mustard to coat vegetables. Pour in chicken broth and simmer until slightly thickened. Puree mixture in a blender or food processor or using an immersion blender. Return to pot. When pureed mixture is hot, begin to stir in Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Parmesan, a little at a time, alternately with the beer, until all is fully incorporated and melted. Serve at once.

Prepare ingredients. Make crust as directed by recipe or directions. Place crust into oven for 1-2 minutes in order to partially cook crust (Spreading ricotta cheese may tear crust). Spread ricotta cheese generously in replace of pizza sauce. Add green onions and proscuitto and cook pizza the remaining amount of time.

Mix all or any combination onto the bread. Hold it together with long toothpicks.
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla coffee creamer
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
In a medium bowl stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In another medium bowl, combine the egg, milk, coffee creamer, extract, and cooking oil. Add egg mix all at once to the dry mix. Stir just until moist (batter should be lumpy). For standard size pancakes, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle, or heavy skillet. For dollar size pancakes, pour about 1 TBSP batter. Cook over medium heat about 2 min. on each side or until golden brown, turning to second sides when pancakes are bubbling and edges are dry. Serve warm.

- 4 tablespoons salsa
Preheat grill for high heat. For the meat into 4 balls and mix one tablespoon of salsa into each. Form into patties and grill over high heat for 2 to 4 minutes, flip again for another 2 to 4 minutes.

Slice bread 1/4 inch thick. Thinly slice tomatoes, and the fresh mozzarella. Top the bread with tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach leaves and the deli turky meat. Also great toasted.
