“I am currently a collegiate athlete and strength and conditioning is a
large part of my training. The purpose of this website is to provide
information on different types of strength and conditioning exercises
such as technique, pros and cons, and my favorite exercises. My hope is
that this website will give you enough information to get up, get out
and get ACTIVE!
