There's tons of different strength exercises out there,
but understanding the proper form for exercises is a must!
  • #1 rule: If it is PAINFUL...Stop! (pain receptors are part of our bodies to let us know where there needs to be an adjustment made)
  • Always maintain positions that allow for proper balance 
  • Keep your back as straight and flat as possible 
  • Never lift from the ground with straight legs
