Gary Clark, Jr. is an American musician based out of Austin, Texas known for his distorded guitar sound and his smooth vocal style.  His music has been influenced by genres that include the blues, jazz, soul, country, and hip hop.  His career is young but he has already shared the stage with some iconic rock and roll legends, really gaining popularity playing at Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival in 2010.  He began playing guitar at a very young age in Austin, Texas and grew up playing gigs in small nigh clubs.  Since then, Clark has bloomed into rock and rolls new "Young Gun" with his two full studio albums 'Blak and Blu' (2012) and 'The Story of Sonny Boy Slim' (2015).  He also has a live album titled 'Gary Clark, Jr. Live' 2014 which demonstrates a wide variety of his live performances that are very unique compared to his studio albums.
