1. An increase
in the number of people who abstain from using
aaaalcohol, especially
among first year students.
2. An increase in
the frequency with which students take
aaaresponsibility for
intervening in situations where dangerous
aaaAlcohol and Other Drug (AOD)
use infringes upon them and
aaatheir peers.
3. An increase in
the attendance at substance-free events
aaaon campus.
4. An increase in
the numbers of students who seek substance
aaaabuse counseling.
5. A decrease in the
misperceptions about AOD use at GVSU
aaaand an increase
in student awareness of AOD-related
aaapolicies and their
enforcement.
6. A decrease in the
incidence of dangerous AOD abuse
aaa(e.g., binge drinking)
and decrease in the average amount
aaaconsumed per occasion
and the frequency of drinking
aaaexperiences.
7. A decrease in the
number of AOD-related disciplinary and
aaalegal actions,
especially in violence ranging from fights to aaaacquaintance
rape.
