- Best to be skinny, but not scrawny. (Hit the rocks-a climber's physique is apparently what you're shooting for.) While ou're at it, no "biker thighs," and as Lindsey herself says, you "gotta have a back woth massaging."

-Minimal chest hair is acceptable

-Go for an even tan, and absolutely NO WHITE THIGHS. Ever... none... no excuses...Got that?

-Wearing sunglasses that clip on to your prescription frames will only get you laughed at.
