about me
I was raised in Jenison, MI and currently attend Grand Valley State University. I desire to one day work in the publishing field; hopefully as an editor. There is not a moment in my life that I didn't love writing. Since the day I started at Grand Valley I've known that I wanted to be a writer, or at least work with writers if nothing else. Now, as my college career will be ending in April 2010, I am looking for a position in publishing.
I attended Jenison Public Schools through my childhood, and currently go to Grand Valley State University. I will be graduating in the spring with a B.A. in Professional Writing and a minor in general business. It's been an adventure, and as I venture out into the "real world", I'm looking forward to the new things I will learn about writing, as well as life.

The most important thing in my life is my family, and they are who I spend most of my time with. I am engaged and will be getting married in August 2010. My interests include reading books, writing, and relaxing with friends. I also enjoy doing activities outside, especially camping. I hope someday to spend time travelling overseas to Europe.
