HP_Intel_LaptopPersonally, I use an HP Intel computer with Windows 7 installed on it. Most programs are available for Windows and Mac, and also most versions of said operating systems.



Behringer_B2_CondenserA mic is a must for almost all recording endeavors. The Behringer B2 condenser mic is a relatively inexpensive yet trustworthy microphone.






Midi_KeyboardA midi keyboard connected to your computer makes music production more hands-on and simple. An M-Audio MidAir 25 wireless keyboard is shown here.








Any interested musician or producer can use any arrangement of hardware. There are both more and less complex pieces of hardware available to use for music production. However, as the complexity and features of a product are increased, unfortunately so are the prices. As a result, cheaper but still practical pieces of hardware will get the job done with a little more effort put in by the user.
